Fraud and identity theft can lead to trying and emotional experiences. We assign a customer with a single point of contact to make sure the experience is as stress free as possible. We also use a state-of-the-art case management system that allows us to keep track of our conversations with customers. If a customer’s contact is unavailable, a Resolution Specialist will be able to get up to speed quickly and offer assistance.
